What are credits?
Credits pay for the assistant when it runs on our account, with DeepSeek V4.1 Flash. A reply costs what it actually used, shown under it; a typical new model is about 35 credits. Monthly and annual plans come with 350 free credits a month, topped back up to 350 on the day of the month you subscribed (unused ones do not add up). Packs are one cent a credit, from 500 to 10,000: credits you buy stay until you use them, and are spent after the free ones. With your own key you need no credits at all: your provider bills you directly.
What does the lifetime license include?
The Studio, the engine plugins and the library, with every future version, for one payment. It comes without the monthly free credits: use your own key, or buy credit packs, which do not expire.
On how many computers can I use it?
On two at once. To move to another computer, sign one out from the Studio's account menu or from your account on this site: its place is free at once.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account (Invoices, card and cancellation). The license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
There is no VAT to add: DotLabs Studios is an Italian sole proprietorship under the flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), which does not charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
No: purchases are not refunded. Your license or credits are delivered as soon as you pay; at checkout you ask for that, and acknowledge that it ends the fourteen-day right of withdrawal. A subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period paid for. Your legal guarantee is not affected: the refund policy has the details.
