Immediate access, and the right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. For digital content and services supplied straight away, that right ends when supply begins, provided you asked for it to begin and acknowledged losing the right.
That is how every purchase here works. Before you pay, in your account on this site or in the Studio, you are asked to tick a box to confirm that you request immediate access to the software (or to the credits) and that you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal; we keep a record of it with the payment. Your license, or your credits, are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed.
No refunds
Because access is immediate, purchases are not refunded:
- Monthly and annual plans — you can cancel at any time from your account (Invoices, card and cancellation). Nothing more is charged, and the license stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Lifetime licenses — not refunded.
- Credit packs — not refunded, and credits cannot be exchanged for money. Bought credits do not expire while your account exists.
Your statutory rights are not affected: if the software does not work as described, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides for a lack of conformity — first of all, to have it fixed.
Charges you do not recognise
Write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: we can usually explain or fix it quickly. A disputed or reversed payment revokes the license or the credits it paid for.
